8/25/25 Start the day with an easy well-balanced breakfast, prepped the night before! Delicious Overnight Oats

Prep time 5 minutes

Ingredients

*1/3 c vanilla Greek yogurt

*1/2 c (heaping) rolled or quick oats

*2/3c unsweetened milk of choice

*1/4 tsp cinnamon

*1/2c fresh or frozen fruit

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a wide mouth Mason jar

  2. Tighten lid, shake, and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours

Options: 1 scoop of protein powder (may want 1 tbs extra milk with this)

1tbs chia seeds, hemp seeds or flax seeds, 1 tbs peanut butter powder

Notes: Add fruit last and fill to the rim of the jar-may be more than 1/2c depending on choice and size of fruit. If you choose frozen fruit, add a tbs less milk as the fruit will release liquid as it defrosts.
